How do I close my account?

Of course we never want any of our customers to cancel or close their accounts however if this is the route you would like to take, please contact your Account or Customer Success manager and they will direct you best.

Can I open multiple Pay iO Business Accounts?

You can have accounts for multiple businesses with Pay iO. You can now have up to six business accounts, as long as each account is for its own business and each business meets the Pay iO eligibility requirements.
